ICS Coaching Consultation

A complimentary 45-minute discussion exploring your interest is receiving coaching, review the methods, models, and tools used in coaching, and frame coaching goals, concerns, and desired outcomes.

A 90-minute coaching and outcomes planning session to develop a coaching action plan and goal progress and achievement timeline. Central to the session identifying goal categories, associated key results, and possible inhibitors to achievement. The action plan and progress timeline inform the coaching process establishing direction, charting progress, and maximizing flexibility, resilience, and adaptation.

Framed by the Coaching Action Plan and Progress timeline, coaching begins. Individual coaching programs are customized. Three coaching options include:

• 6 month, bi-weekly 1-hour sessions

• 3 month, weekly 45 minute sessions

• Three 1-hour sessions (Scheduled appointments)

• Quarterly Coaching Booster/Reinforcement Sessions (90-minute sessions every 3 months)

Small groups of coachees and existing teams respectively experience power and collective progress inherent in the group/team coaching process. Key foci of this collective approach include; self-coaching in a collective context, experiment with coaching others, strengthen collective decision-making and planning, and cultivating a culture of coaching™ in organizations.

• Small Group Sessions and Existing Team Session can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Individual, group, and existing team Progress Call Sessions can be scheduled daily, weekly or monthly calls to review goals, assess high-performance methods and tools, and advance progress toward achieving goals.
